Anywhoo, this past week I lost 2 lbs! I'm pretty excited! Now, I just have to keep going.
I've been eating less, and eating more fruits and veggies when I do eat. That's about it. I worked out once last week, less than I planned--but at least it was something. I'm determined to get more in this week. I think I'll hula hoop through the Bachelorette tonight. And then I'm going to hop back in to TurboFire.
I only have one issue, I've recently started knitting and crocheting--well learning, and screwing up quite frequently. While I started dabbling in "the fiber arts"
