I do think if you are watching higher fat and high sugar foods then you do not necessarily need to count calories. Ground up it has more fiber (makes you feel full) and lower in calories. <br /><br />I agree that ultimately it is calories in, calories out. But, stress and new routines can cause you body to hold onto those lbs for dear life. Lets not forget about hormones, time of the month, etc...etc. Don't get down. Just eat clean and move. You will see results, maybe n...Don't give up!! You will see results, maybe not on the scale but by losing inches with the exercise. I have never tried Weight Watchers but my cousin has had great progress and has lost 50 lbs with it.
